I

Through digital collage that sources images both from my own life and online presence ( stock images, Instagram pictures, amazon products, etc.. ) I am able to construct my own worlds mimicking the natural ones I wish so badly to be immersed in. I used the TC-2 to weave and laser-cut quilt squares to also engage in the conversation of craft traditions typically carried out by hand in a rural setting with new digital technology. Through my work, I am questioning what it means when these lines between synthetic and organic, handmade and mass-produced materials are blurred
